The Osprey solvent printer is extremely well suited to produce outputs for heavy-duty outdoor applications, such as fleet, long-term outdoor graphics, street furniture, backlit displays, wall murals, etc...
 

The Osprey sovent printer uses two heating elements and a motorised/sensorised media unwinding/winding system for media rolls up to 140 kg.  Head height is adjustable in five steps, from 2.5 mm up to 4.5 mm.

The Mutoh Osprey solvent printer incorporates high-speed solvent based double density inks (C,M,Y,K,Lc,Lm), making it possible to print directly onto standard uncoated PVC and banner materials.  As a result, prints are water, highly abrasion and UV-resistant for up to 5 years outdoor durability, without lamination.  Moreover, production costs are extremely low !
