Unlike competitive direct textile printers, Viper TX Soft Sign printers incorporate Mutoh’s unique Intelligent Interweaving print technology. Dedicated weaves have been developed for Viper TX Soft Sign’s 8 head configuration, optimised for the Mutoh direct disperse inks.

On Viper TX Soft Sign , Intelligent Interweaving offers up to 3 speed levels per print mode.

  • The stitch weave offers the highest throughput, creating a fuzzy edge in the print pass overlap. It is ideal for less demanding applications that will be judged from larger viewing distances.
  • The Sign weave is ideal for the most demanding users. Its focus is clearly on top notch quality.
  • The Picture weave will probably be the most popular, finding the best balance between speed and quality.
