| Mutoh’s Viper 100 dye sublimation printer is able to reach top quality production speeds of 42 m²/h (output usable for close viewing distances).
The machine’s top engine speed amounts to 81 m²/h (usable for long viewing distances > 5 m). Fit for productionThe Mutoh Viper 100 sublimation printer is specifically fit for production dye sublimation printing. The machine includes several fit-for-purpose features : - Full width ‘one piece’ patented extendable ETT (Extra Tension Tool). This system will enable printing on the thinnest available transfer papers and compensates media expansion during printing.
- Winder 100 system for straight media winding : a must-have for after-treatment on a calender.
- Newly developed “Power Grip” media flanges to maximize the grip on the inside of media cores.
- Intelligent Interweaving inside ! Dedicated dye sub weaves have been programmed for use in combination with Mutoh’s high speed water-based disperse dye inks.
