Technology in the textile printers

The Viper TX textile printers incorporate technology for textile printing, e.g. a gutter, cylinder, unwinder / winder 100 system, …

The gutter which is positioned under the printing path collects all ink not absorbed by the textile.  A waste drain collects waste ink and guides it to a waste container.  The additional cylinder assures a perfect equal tension on the fabric during printing. The unwinder/winder 100 onto the direct textile printer will offer perfect media tracking and straight winding of finished prints.

The textile printers incorporate 8 drop-on-demand 360 nozzle heads with 8 colour channels, offering full freedom of ink set-up possibilities.  Resolutions up to 1440 dpi are possible.  Typical production speeds between 8 and 20 m²/h can be achieved.
