Mutoh Viper TX 100 Direct-to-Textile & Dye Sublimation Printer

The Mutoh Viper TX 100 (2604 mm – 102.52”) printer will open up a host of new business opportunities for users requiring a versatile floor-to-ceiling production oriented printer. Viper TX 100 printer utilizes worry-free water-based inks to produce exceptional quality, durable and washable images for a wide variety of applications: soft signs, garment/apparel and industrial applications such as home furnishings.

Mutoh’s Viper TX 100 printer has all required features on board for high speed and top quality printing. A unique feature of the Mutoh Viper TX 100 printer is that it incorporates a switchable and rotatable print platform, enabling both direct-to-fabric and dye sublimation (transfer paper) printing in one machine. The printer is fully compatible with Mutoh direct disperse inks (for direct-to-fabric printing) and Mutoh high-speed disperse dye inks (for transfer paper printing).

 

Viper TX 100 – The Green Option for Versatile Printing

Viper TX 100 uses worry-free water-based inks. There are no harmful VOCs to permeate your working environment when you print with Mutoh water-based high speed disperse dye inks. That means there is no need for forced ventilation.

Viper TX 100 meets the demands of a green workflow, since apart from utilizing water-based inks, the printers will print on non-pvc materials which are recyclable. Textile prints are moreover more easily re-usable, easily foldable, and lightweight in transportation, ….

    Set up the print platform with ink gutter and the Viper TX 100 is ready for direct printing on open structure fabrics. Switch and rotate the print platform and the Viper TX 100 is ready for sublimation printing onto the thinnest transfer papers.
     
     
  • Adjustable Head Height
     
    Viper TX 100 printer has an electronically, software controlled adjustable head height that ranges from 1.2 mm up to 4.0 mm, allowing users to print onto various transfer papers and textiles and offering maximum substrate compatibility.
  • Connection Possibility to Mutoh’s Fabric Dust Collector
     
    Viper TX 100 printer is ready for connection to Mutoh’s optional fabric dust collector. The standard printer is delivered with a “fabric dust collection kit” onto which the printer user can connect his existing fabric dust collection system or Mutoh fabric dust collector. 
     
  • Fabric Retainers
     
    Special fabric retainers will deal with fabrics of which the edges carry loose fibres or tend to curl up.
  • Standard Unwinder / Winder 100 
          
    Unattended roll-to-roll printing is possible with the fully motorized heavy-duty unwinding/winding system for media rolls up to 100 kg.

Viper TX 100 – Top Performer

Unlike competitive printers, Viper TX 100 printer incorporates Mutoh’s unique Intelligent Interweaving print technology, delivering banding-free fit-for-purpose print quality. Dedicated print weaves have been developed for Viper TX 100 printer.

Viper TX 100 printer will deliver production prints up to 36 m²/h and top speeds up to 76 m²/h onto a wide range of fabrics.
