Mutoh ValueJet hybrid 1608 printer uses newly developed vegetable origin inks for roll-to-roll, roll-to-sheet and rigid board printing.

ValueJet Hybrid 1608 Printer

The 64” (1625 mm) wide ValueJet Hybrid printer incorporates Mutoh’s breakthrough Intelligent Interweaving technology and a new generation variable drop “wide model” 1440 nozzle print head to deliver high quality outputs up to 1440 dpi.

Prints are dry when they come off the ValueJet hybrid 1608 printer thanks to the integrated dual media drying system:

• three built-in heating elements inside of the printer body for roll media.
• heated “air knife system” next to the print head allowing quick drying of rigid prints.

The ValueJet Hybrid 1608 printer allows printing onto rigid materials up to 10 mm thickness and has an automatic media thickness detection feature.

Conversion from rigid to roll mode or vice versa only takes a minute.

ValueJet Hybrid Ink Packs

The ValueJet Hybrid has 8 ink channels (2x4 CMYK).

Inks are offered in 880 ml bulk ink packs, resulting in an ink autonomy of 1760 ml per colour.
